Established in 2008, the Tarlac State University(TSU) Hotel started out as a venue for the practical training of TSU’s Hotel and Restaurant Management students and for university activities. As it developed over the years, it soon became a second home and school for foreign students and was then made popular by its guests to cater to business and personal affairs.

The hostel can accommodate 400 guests at a time, making it the most popular and fitting place for large conferences. In fact, a lot of the recent national conferences have been held here. And since it operates under the Office of the International Affairs and Studies of TSU, it has already received a number of international students and organizations

Located in the quiet Villa of Binauganan, within Tarlac State University Lucinda Campus, this five-story lodging offers comfort and convenience with luxury-like customer service. The hotel ensures only the best for its guests, be it the academic needs of foreign students or the most attractive arrangements for weddings and family occasions.
In 2017 the management of the hotel was transferred from Vice President for Administration and Finance to Vice President for Academic Affairs last January 18, 2017, during the Administrative Council meeting of Tarlac State University held at TSU AUDIO Visual Room headed by the hotel general manager Mr. Von Rex M. Reyes
