As our hotel guests, signing hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation shall mean that the guest understands and agrees to abide by the hotel policies and procedures.

To make the stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible, the management requests the cooperation of all guests.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Ø  The official Check–in time is 2:00 pm, and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. The guest shall inform the front desk if the guest wishes to keep the room occupied beyond the official time. A corresponding additional fee based on room rates will be charged accordingly for early check-in or late check-out requests. Rates apply as follows.

CANCELLATION

Ø  All hotel-guaranteed room reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless there are justifiable reasons to cancel (ie. fortuitous events). Any changes to packages or rates to your reservation must be made 48 hours before your arrival date. Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours are subject to a charge of one night's stay.

GUEST BELONGINGS

Ø  Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms at all times. For convenience, the guest may deposit his/her valuables at the front desk safety vault. The hotel management will not be liable for the lost of valuable items due to negligence of the hotel guests.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Ø  Bringing goods and/or storing combustible or hazardous to nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.

PETS

Ø  Only dogs or cats are allowed as pets in the Hotel. No other animals may be kept on the property.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Ø  Vandalism and improper use of hotel facilities and services are strictly not allowed. The result of damages due to these reasons will be charged accordingly to the person accountable.

Ø  The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHT

Ø  The guest shall observe reasonable conduct and respectable behavior so as not to cause any annoyance within the hotel premises.

Ø  The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel premises in cases of violation resulting to unrespectable behavior.

Ø  In cases of guest rejections, the management has the right to remove the guest's luggage and belongings from the room the guest occupies.

GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS AND APPLICATION OF LAWS.

Ø  Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

SWIMMING POOL

Ø  Only registered hotel guests may access the swimming pool. A guest fee will apply for non-registered guests.

Ø  The swimming pool is open from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. The pool shall be closed for security and cleaning purposes from 11:00 PM-6:00 AM.

Ø  Inform and register at the front desk if you wish to use the swimming pool.

Ø  Proper swimming attire shall be observed: swimsuit for female guests and swimming trunks for male guests. Rash-guard is also acceptable, No cotton clothes and denim clothes are allowed as it may damage the machine used to maintain the swimming pool.

IRONING AND COOKING

Ø  Cooking and Ironing are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING

Ø  For laundry and ironing needs, the housekeeping unit will be available for the concern through the front office by dialing “0” on all telephones available per room or calling or texting 0917-326-03-32

Ø  The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in pockets. However, the Hotel will accept liability for loss or damage resulting from the laundry process not to exceed five times of the laundry charge.

Ø  Hanging clothing at the balcony is strictly prohibited.

SMOKING
 

Ø  Your room is a non-smoking room.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY

Ø  TSU HOTEL enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can always protect the hotel and our guests. In the event of a disturbance, a warning shall be given to the guest concerned. In cases of opposition, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

Ø  Persons caught throwing items down stairwells or off the balconies will be evicted.

Ø  Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other guests

Ø  Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of check-in.

Ø  Consumption of food and beverages not purchased from the Café Lucinda /or another partner caterer will be charged as a BRING-IN Corkage fee of 50.00 per meal.

CHILDREN

Ø  Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times. Guests are advised not to leave their children unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on hotel property.

Ø  Children under 6 years old are allowed to stay in their parents’ rooms for free.

REMINDERS

Ø  If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damage occurs to the guestroom or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the guest account.

COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST

Ø  Complimentary breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am only at Café Lucinda ( For regular occupancy rates)

Ø  Present the complimentary breakfast voucher to the caterer before claiming the breakfast meal. No Voucher, No Breakfast policy will be observed strictly. 

Ø  Complimentary breakfasts are served dine-in. Taking breakfast out is not allowed. 

Dear Valued Guest,

Damages and lost of hotel property items inside the rooms shall be charged to the guest occupying the room. All items in the room are accounted by our housekeeping staff. Lost/damaged room cards/keys shall be charged to the guest.

FOUND ITEMS IN THE HOTELS ARE KEPT IN THE SAFE DEPOSIT LOCKER

a.       Valuable Item – kept for a period of six(6) months

b.       Non-Valuable items – kept for a period of 3 months

c.       Perishable items- are kept 3 days /n case of any quary and need to keep further is to be done accordingly.

Ø  Any items left in or next to the garbage bins are considered refused and will be discarded.

Ø  The Hotel is not responsible for items that appear to be for disposal. Guests are encouraged to avoid confusion by placing all items in the drawers and cabinets provided, or in their luggage.

Ø  TSU HOTEL takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and cannot guarantee that items will be found.

Note :

TSU Hotel has 2 function rooms, One is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel (Gabriella) and can accommodate to 70-80 pax for theater-type with tables (default set-up) and 100 pax for theater-type without tables and the other one is located at the 5th floor of the hotel that can accommodate 300 pax for round and rectangular tables and 500 pax for theater type however TSU Hotel can enteratain any alterations as long as the tools and equipment is available with minimal charges
